Our story
Born of a simple observation: too many files refused for the wrong reasons
In Tunisia, interest in Canadian immigration is considerable. But a poorly prepared immigration plan can lead to a refusal, to significant costs, and to consequences for future applications.
Projet Canada Bel Avenir grew out of a simple intention: to offer professional, transparent support that complies with Canadian rules — by submitting to the regulator, by turning down files that have no chance, and by explaining to every client what is actually happening in their case.
Each year our office supports between 100 and 150 people in their plan to immigrate to or stay in Canada: students, families, professionals, and spouses reunited after years apart.
Our head office is in Hammam Sousse on Boulevard du 14 Janvier, and our Montréal office on Boulevard Gouin Ouest supports clients once they are in Canada.

Iheb Souilem has led Projet Canada Bel Avenir from Sousse. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, he is a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC, formerly CRCIC) under number R508260, and is listed in the Québec immigration consultants registry under number 11519.
His status as a regulated consultant authorises him to represent clients in their Canadian immigration matters. His entry on the Québec registry also allows him to practise in matters falling under the Québec immigration ministry. That status carries continuing education, professional liability insurance and an enforceable code of conduct.
Each year he guides applicants from across the country, from study permits to family sponsorship, with one constant conviction: an immigration file is won on the rigour of its evidence, not on luck.

We never promise a visa
No consultant anywhere can guarantee an IRCC decision. Anyone who promises you one is lying. We commit to the quality of the file and to meeting deadlines — never to an officer’s decision.

We falsify nothing
Not a bank statement, not an employment letter, not a diploma. Misrepresentation carries a five-year bar from Canada — we will never expose a client to that, even at their own request.

Our fees are stated upfront
A written quote before any signature, clearly separating our professional fees from government fees. No surcharge discovered halfway through.

Your file belongs to you
You receive a copy of the documents and applications filed in your name, along with the tracking information available for that type of application.
